Will never take my vehicle to this dealership again. Tried to charge me more for a problem they failed to fix from the beginning! They do not do their jobs efficiently.
This company has been the worst to deal with in regards to warranty work and recall notices. They do not return calls. On two different recalls from the Ford company they have put me off for over two months and they have had my car an entire day and haven't even started work on it. I did have an appointment so it isn't like I dropped in. Communication would have helped.
