Laura filed my tax refund for 2021. It's February 2023, and I still haven't received it. She wrote the incorrect zip code on the form, and my refund went to Alaska. I do not live in Alaska and never have. Her inattention to detail led to this mess. She is a certified public accountant and financial planner, but her mistake is a big one.
