Terrible customer service, especially from the front desk lady. She was extremely rude and I had to repeat my information three times. I brought in a kitten I rescued because she has an eye infection, and even though I told her it was urgent for her to be seen, she just said the earliest availability is tomorrow. She also asked me if I would be able to pay the cat’s bill. Of course I’m going to pay it just needed her to be seen at that moment cause I dont have where to put her.
The lady in the front area is super rude every single time I call. It seems as though it is a bother for her to do the extra work or go above and beyond for clients. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said she didn’t have one. Then proceeded to say I was the one being hateful! Every experience I have had with this lady has not been a good one!
Horrible experience, didn’t even get to help my cat, he was attacked by a large dog and broke his leg, I took my cat to this vet and the front desk lady is TERRIBLE, Extremely rude, and she really ticks me off, literally get rid of her, you guys can do better, my cat doesn’t deserve this, this was an emergency visit and your saying I have to wait a WEEK?! No absolutely unacceptable, I took my cat to another vet but yes, terrible service right off the bat, so I say get rid of the front desk lady.
They are extremely hard to get ahold of. Front desk lady is rude. They neutered my cat and didn’t weigh him before hand, incase of some type of emergency that needed meds to be given. They are a cheaper vet but of course you can be if you don’t actually take good care of the furbabies. Very disappointed in their service and will never go back
