Just purchased a new Kioti NS 6010, brush hog and grapple from Smith and Sons. I drove 2 hours down to their shop from NH to look at the machine. Once I was at the shop I was treated like I have never been before buy any business. from the moment I walked in the girl at thee desk couldn't have been more accommodating and nice, she then took me down to meet Chris who I had been talking to one the phone. I recently bought a tractor at Smith & Sons and had a very smooth and friendly experience. They spent more time than necessary on more than one occasion explaining everything and were incredibly patient with me. I appreciate having a local location for future needs that is helpful and available! Thanks to Dan and Bruce, but all of the employees were wonderful and welcoming.
Purchased a Kioti CK2620 a few months ago, which the process was clean, simple, and efficient. A couple of weeks ago I had a one-off warranty issue with the machine. The Team at Smith and Sons was able to pick up, diagnose, and order parts for my tractor, all within a couple of days of me calling them. They were extremely communicative and kept me up to speed on everything that was happening, and was able to turn around the machine on a short deadline as I had a major project it was needed for. Recently bought a Kioti CK2620 from Smith and Sons. From initial contact to tractor delivery, the service was great. Communication was good, the process was easy, and I was never waiting for information or a call back. Bruce Gemmill was great and kept me in the loop at every step of the way from start to finish!
