Great service! I would definitely recommend Smith and sons
Awesome local shop with outstanding customer service. I’ve now bought my lawnmower, string trimmer, firewood, and most recently an Ariens snowblower from Smith & Sons, and I’ve had a great experience every time (worked with Chris on the snow blower this past month and he is top tier). The team is super knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to deal with, and the shop itself is pro. Definitely one of those local businesses that’s no doubt worth supporting - I’ll be a lifelong customer for sure. Highly recommend.
I have worked with S & S for several years. I purchased a Husqvarna mower from them in 2023. I recently had a issue with the seat, which was covered under the factory warranty. They ordered the parts, facilitate a pickup, and quickly repaired it within a day or so. They also gave it a tune up and oil change while it was at the shop, saving me a pickup down the line. They have all been great to work with.
We recently purchased a trailer from Chris and staff. The process went smoothly and they kept us updated on the progress of the trailer the whole time. I would highly recommend!
