There were a couple of good things. Waitress was good. A little soft spoken but good. Portions were big. I ordered the 3 meat because I wanted to sample a variety. Brisket, Burnt ends, and Ribs. Food was average at best. No really smoke flavor. All of it tasted like it was cooked in the oven or a crock pot. Brisket and burnt ends were really fatty. Server should tell you up front the sandwich has a surcharge of $4.00 for the Meat. (6 people x$4.00). Instead they tell you about a little note hidden behind the salt and pepper, which I don’t reach for before I even order. Sneaky way to do business. Not often people go to a BBQ place to not eat MEAT. If you need the extra money print new menus and be upfront on your prices. We will think hard before ever going there again. Perhaps this is why your parking lot is mostly always empty.

Another great little joint here in this fabulous town! Only reason I hated the food and 4 was the ribs. Super moist and tender brisket. Great burnt ends. The ribs were good but no real smokiness. Seemed like they were oven roasted instead of smoked. The potato salad is awesome!! All in all a great experience with super family owned folks! I will definitely come back if my travels bring me back to the area!!
