I called to make an appointment to get a procedure. Done asking if my insurance covered the procedure? I was told yes, I then came to the office 15 minutes early to have the procedure. Done, which was just something simple? And that I was told that I needed specific compensation through my employer. When I explained that my employer does not offer that that my insurance, who I have called, will cover everything. Gave the receptionist insurance cards but they still requested a $90.00 copay. Called insurance and was told there is no copy. Can't get through to the reception desk, billing dept said there was no claim made to them. Now, I have to wait for a form to complete and return for reimbursement. Xray was supposed to be read by a radiologist. Still no report 20 hours later. NP, Carolyn was exceptional as well as attending nurse, Nicole.
Staff were very friendly and professional. I got right in and saw Mike the PA. Fixed me right up. I was able to continue my travel up ton Canada with confidence. Thanks
