Mrs Anonymous I was in the middle of purchasing my first home and had a lot of questions especially this was a shortsale with the bank giving deadline on paperwork as such... I called her office to get a clearer explaination of what was happening.I could not believe how rude and condescending her paralegal Susan was to me on me. I had left her a few msg for the attorney to call me back and I'm guessing she may or may not have delivered them to her. Excellent We used this office when closing on our house last year. The attorney was thorough and asked us lots of questions to make sure we understood everything. She also Incorporated a lot of humor, this helped to ease those home buying jitters especially when you see that bottom line dollar figure! She was patient ad explained things well. She listened to or questions and gave us answers in a way that made sense to us. A+ service.
