I was very disappointed with our experience at Smith Allergy on Triphammer Road. We were referred by our pediatrician because my son has had significant allergic reactions, and I expected a thorough evaluation & possible obvious testing. Unfortunately, Dr. Smith was very dismissive. He didn’t take the time to examine my son’s allergic reactions or even look at the areas of concern on his body. They led me to believe they took my insurance, but then turned out to be out of network and cost me a bundle - AVOID
Another terrible and rude customer service experience had there today. Receptionist who was “covering” had zero information and was very rude when I asked to leave a message. Offered no support or answers at all. Unbelievable that this office has not rectified their customer service experience.
