Dr. Smith was recommended to us by a trusted friend and it meant a 30-40 minute drive from where we stay. It was worth it! After leaving Houston I had to find a new Doctor. Dr Smith is the best I have ever seen. He truly cares about his patients. He listens and then explains everything in GREAT detail. Expect your visit to take a bit longer than your used too, because he is treating you and not rushing to the next room to maximize profits!
Doctor Smith has excellent listening and communication skills, he is knowledgeable and passionate about the practice of medicine. He strives to stay on top of the latest medical news and trends to provide his patients with the most informed treatments. His attention to detail instills confidence in a patient that his diagnosis is accurate. The staff was attentive. The only concern I had was with a technician who did not restrict their conversations regarding patients to private places. (HIPPA)
Dr. Smith will take his time to hear about what you think is going on with you. He treats you as he does the next client and is very friendly and courteously with everyone. He listens and provides answers to all of my questions and concerns. His waiting time is long but I always say if you want the best you may have to wait and that is how it is with Dr. Smith.
Dr. Smith has a great personally and puts you at ease. He follows up on problems even by calling your home on a weekend to check how you are doing.
