What a nightmare. They agree to certain fees, and then dramatically raise those fees when they send your invoice. When they accurately assumed I'd be switching to a different CPA, they only send my Tax Returns as a paper copy so it would be more difficult to send those returns to a new CPA and are refusing to send a PDF.
Best experience ever having my taxes done, not like the other companies I’ve have been to in the past. This company was very helpful, professional and explained everything to me step by step, I will continue to bring my business to Smith Adcock and company
I had an appointment with Tommy Falkenberry today. I found Tommy down to earth and very straight forward. He gave me some helpful advice even knowing that I'm on the fence as to which way to go. I don't write many people reviews but feel he warrants one. He's definitely someone I would trust if I determine I need his services. His firm was recommended to me by my investment broker.
