If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, this is the primary doctor my insurance assigned me, and getting in touch with them is nearly impossible. Phone calls? Endless waiting. Leave a message? Don’t expect a call back. Wait for someone to answer? Good luck — I’ve tried multiple times with no results. I even went to the urgent care connected to their office. My daughter had a check up from Dr. Smita S. and she did a good job. We had to remind her a few times about certain things but she did do a referral like she said she would to a specialist.
