The receptionist that answered the phone for scheduling was terrible. She tried to force me to switch my daughters PCP to their clinic. She didn’t even get my insurance information. When I questioned why she would say I need to switch her PCP she then stated they don’t have any appointments until the end of next month. I have great insurance through my job and I don’t require a referral to see a specialist nor would I need to change my PCP just to see an obgyn for an annual visit.
