They wouldn’t even come out and take a look because he was too busy, and didn’t want to work with my large company because he didn’t think he’d get paid and rudely hung up on me.
We have used Smisek’s at least 3 times. They are always so nice and helpful! They have always walked through whatever they are doing. They have taken out parts to check them before telling you that you need something new! I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of you at all. They are friendly and we’ve never waited over an hour or two for them to come. If anything is going wrong with our heating or cooling I will always call Smiseks first!
Last week I had an issue with my furnace not firing & being a Mr.-Fix-It, I had it narrowed down to a failing gas valve. I looked & found them online for $150 but I didn't have days to wait so I stopped by & spoke with Adam to see if they had one. He asked what was happening & I explained. He told me to check one other thing & it was that. They could have sold me a $200 part or charged me for a service call but didn't, which says a lot.
Got back to me promptly and helped me fix my problem.. very helpful and resonable.
We had an issue with our AC this week and Smisek's came out the same day - Adam walked me through what he was doing to diagnose the problem - and had it fixed a very short while later! Couldn't be happier!
