Stay far away from this place. Nurses are nasty to patients. Doctors don’t care. Yale is so bad in general. They judge you on your past. It’s pathetic. Plenty of other places to go for help.
Everyone I met at the facility was more than accommodating. I was impressed with the quality of people who showed me exactly how to get to my doctors appointment they actually walked me to the office!!!
We were referred to hematology over three months ago and are still waiting to receive an appointment. Each time I’ve called, I’m told they are “reviewing the paperwork.” It would be one thing to receive an appointment date scheduled far into the future; it’s quite another to just be left hanging for months with nothing but anxiety. The email I sent to patient relations went unanswered. Will update review if we ever receive an appointment.
