Been with Smiling Wide Orthodontics since 2019 when I got my braces, to now just a few check ups. Very accommodating, friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommended ! 🦷
Tried to get my new retainer after mine broke, tried telling me it was gonna cost $300. I’ve only ever got one replacement and now I’m outside of my ‘cover period’. Poor service! Won’t be recommending to anyone else.
A great team that provides quality service
Slightly more affordable place in Bundaberg however the extra expenses go into fixing all of the broken brackets that come off during the treatment. I have witnessed multiple occasions of people who specifically go to smiling wide with this issue that other places don't struggle with. The people there are lovely and conversational but for the treatment itself the broken brackets elongate your treatment duration and make expenses higher.
