Best salon and Barbershop around. Ming an appointment in advance is must but I don’t mind because ramonn gets me right everytime!
She canceled an appointment i requested over a month without bothering to text or inform me. I came on that day when I had an event upcoming and that was when she told me it was canceled and I had to ask the credit card for refund of my deposit. Zero customer service or consideration. She would not like if someone treated her like she did. Because of that, I had to scramble around for how to fix my hair a day before my event even though I had made plans with her weeks before. Tiffini is literally God sent! She is so kind and provides great service and always gives me good results. I’m so happy I found her and will continue to go to her! I love my hair!
Tiffani was professional and cared about the health of my natural hair. I went in for a silk press and trim and because of breakage she thought it would be best to put in layers. It looks good and days later, I still have only put heat on my roots once. My hair hates staying straight, but her tips on wrapping my hair helped. Thank you so much from saving me from throwing my hair in a ponytail by day 2.
