Dr. Kasi is incredibly kind, patient, and calming with children. She truly is a gem of a pediatric dentist! Beverly and Almire were wonderful as well, friendly, caring, and fantastic with kids. My three children are always comfortable and at ease during their visits. They love leaving with their “goody bags” and picking from the prize bin too! We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful dental team.

Kid was thirsty and we asked for a cup of water, I know it’s not their liability but at least have some courtesy. We had the get to the car to grab just water. Overall this facility is great.
This dental office in Arlington Heights is unprofessional and rude. I scheduled appt for my child with special needs here and told the scheduler that no procedures, imagining or cleaning can be performed on the child due to sensory issues- it is a quick screening exam for school. The scheduler wrote all details for appointment. On the day we arrived, they refused to see my child. Dr. Zeno refused to see him for just a general exam without billing insurance for an X-ray!
