I understand that paperwork needs to be completed, but asking patients to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork is already inconvenient. What’s even more frustrating is having an appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM and then having to wait in the waiting room for 30+ minutes before even being seen by the dentist. Waiting 30+ minutes with a child after already arriving early is unacceptable. I had a a fantastic experience at this location. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful! I have a special needs son and they all were so patient with him and made him feel comfortable and calm and the atmosphere was very kid friendly. this place is definitely one of a kind! 10/10 highly recommended!😁
They went above and beyond, exceptional work
the dental assistant and dentist were so nice, my daughter has dentist anxiety and they made the appointment go so smoothly got her. the staff is so sweet and we will definitely be returning.
