Wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone
Called twice due to plumbing emergencies, the first time after calling more than 5x before someone actually answered, (during bussiness hours) the woman who answered was rude. Tried again today due to being the ONLY place near me who lists emergency services and again no answer and no call back. If you don't offer emergency services then don't lie on Google.
I Attempted to contact this business to have a Hopwater heater replaced in my home. Their Voice Mail Box is Full. Because they can not be bothered enough to answer the phone, or check their voice mails often enough to be able to record a message, I am not comfortable even considering ordering work from them on my home.
They did the job efficiently knew what they were doing emmer real friendly I'm going to hire them again
