Josh B was very professional and knowledgeable! He explained everything as he was doing it, never left me in the dark, and made sure I understand everything that was done prior to leaving. He had to come out a second time and made sure to double check his work and stayed around to make sure my a/c was working properly!! Highly recommend this company but especially Josh! Thank you again!
Josh is AMAZING!!! He was very professional and communicated very well during his troubleshooting efforts. He remained committed to resolving my issue and at a reasonable price. I have been having issues on and off with the heat and air conditioner not cooling on one level of my home for two years. I paid three other companies to come out and say they could not find or fix the issues or misdiagnosed at a high cost.
