David did a great job and answered all of my questions!
Unfortunately the tech had a pick up truck instead of the usual work van (in the shop?) so I had to lend him and extension cord and water hose long enough to reach my unit. Also, unfortunate is that he arrived during a driving downpour. Overall it went well, just now what I expected.

Smiley’s was on time, efficient, cleaned up after themselves , and were wonderful to work with. Jack was one of the technicians that came out to replace my unit and was wonderful.
