Very happy with my service at Smiley’s - contracted with them for my annual A/C and Heat service and Hot water heater flush. I’ve contracted with other companies in the past and “assumed” they were doing their job - after seeing all the work Hayden put into servicing my A/C and hot water heater I realize I was wrong! My heat went out sometime Sunday night. I called Smiley’s at 8am Monday; Terry was at my house by noon the same day. It turned out to be a broken thermostat. I asked him to check the ac (since the heat pump had already been checked) to make sure of no surprises come summer time. He did and let me know everything was fine. Communication, easy to ask questions, and stellar service - highly recommend them for any HVAC issues!
