I was contacted by Jason after putting a post up in our local group looking for a removalist. We booked in the time of the job at a time he requested for 730am Monday. We got a confirmation call and text the day before to say he will see us tomorrow. I arranged our daughter to go to care early for the move time and we had a whole 3 bedroom house packed and ready to go. Will be definitely using Smileys removals again and referring them to others. They provide great service, very accomodating making the whole moving process much easier and getting the job done so quick!
Unfortunately, there is nothing for quality below poor-Fair for this company. Jason was a honest bloke, but stuffed around my mother in law (In her 60's) on her moving day, cancelling due to not having a his assistant in hospital. I feel bad because the assistant did go into hospital, but what sort of company doesn't have backup removalist to assist.
