Took my bike to him over 3 weeks ago. He said he would have it ready by bike week. I have been calling him for over a week now and he won't answer the phone, nor return my calls. I was supposed to leave last night and am paying $100 a night for a room that I'm not even being able to use. Absolutely disgusting customer service
