Seeing Rick from an insiders prospective. He is extremely concerned about providing each and every customer with top notch service and satisfaction at a reasonable price. He always tells me that if you do a good job they might not tell anyone but they will keep coming back, but if you don't provide quality service they'll tell everyone and you will never get them back.
