We had a great experience with this company. The installers were neat, courteous and knew what they were doing. Working with the sales representative was easy and relaxing. She worked with us picking out our carpet and didn't push the most expensive. Actually she suggested a lower priced carpet because the rooms we were having carpeted have low traffic. We would use Smiley carpet again
My review concerns the recent completion of a regrouting job on two showers. The Smiley Tile and Carpet One representative was very skilled and did and excellent job, I could not have been more pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to award Mr. Smiley and his employees any future jobs that involved tile or carpet work.
Excellent service from beginning to end. Everyone we interacted with from the initial sales representative (Mike) to our installation crew were great, very professional and most importantly delivered a quality carpet on time. The installation crew did a great job also. I supervised them and believe me, they knew their business.
