I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The workmanship did not meet acceptable standards, and I found their business practices concerning. A project that should have taken only a few days has been going on since July 31,2025. Very disappointing! When I provided the owner with photographic evidence of the issues, he offered to caulk the problem areas and replace a few tiles. I was on narrow time frame to get my floors completed. Everyone at Smiley tile helped the process, from selling, ordering and installing. They were also able to add another room at the last minute. This company will always be recommended from me.
