We use Smiley Pool Services for our weekly pool maintenance for the last couple of years. They are very thorough and do a great job. They have never missed a week during the time that we have used them. Cameron and Sheila are very responsive to any question or maintenance issue that we have. An example is that a light went out in our spa, so I texted Smiley Pools around 6:30 pm about our issue. Cameron texted me back that night. I should have written a review sooner. Shelia and Cameron at Smiley pools go above and beyond with their service. They respond to my repairs so fast when I'm in a bind. They are family owned and treat you like family. I have recommended them to so many people and will continue to recommend them because they are the best out there! You cannot go wrong with hiring Smiley pools.
Horrible communicators. Before I write my review the owner will respond to say that they came out and did a call on the weekend, which they did, but then later denied. That isn’t what is in questions, it’s their lack of customer service and Sheila (owner) dismissing us as clients simply for getting a second opinion.
