Thank you Dr Chin for doing a safe and efficient GA dental surgery for my 5yo’s 12 cavities. In the beginning I went to see Dr Chin to shop for a second opinion for GA treatment. And then it took me a year before I went back and decided to do it because I was scared. I decided to go w Dr Chin because he seems to be this doctor who takes his job seriously. Our whole family, my wife, the kids, and I have been seeing Dr. Chin and his team for over three years, and we’ve consistently received excellent care. Their treatment recommendations have always been professional and thoughtful. The kids actually enjoy their visits, thanks to the team’s gentle and friendly approach.
Update: My 9-year-old son needed a filling and a cap, but he was extremely nervous about receiving the anesthetic injection. Fortunately, Dr. Chin used a new painless oral local anesthesia device, which was truly painless! My son even thought they were just checking his temperature. It was the best experience he’s ever had at the dentist. Dr. Chin is an excellent dentist who stays up to date with the latest technology to improve patient comfort and experience. Amazing Dr Chin. He is the only person who can work on our daughter who is terrified of needles and the dentist. We live 70KMs away but will always trek down to Smiley Kids. We have been a client from ages 3-10 so far. After seeing the bad reviews, this is a high stress environment so people are going to feel wronged.
