I've been with this insurance company for years. Im a local here, in Anacortes theyve insured 2 of my boats and have never had a problem. Until now. I dont know if Scott Buchanan is the new owner or if the name was just changed. They have an agent now with horrible costumer service skills. Abrupt and abrasive. Confontational and unprofessional.
