Update: If you have anything expensive or valuable, do not bring it here, especially if it's silk. The previous owner was great, but the new owners don't know what they're doing. They have damaged multiple items of mine, with the most recent being my silk bedding which cost nearly $2k. They assured me they knew what they were doing, and said it with so much conviction that i believed them, but they don't know anything.
