Did not let me know that our appointment was canceled due to their dentist going out of town. There shouldn't have been any appointments made. If I would have known last week, I could have scheduled elsewhere. Due to my insurance issues, I now cannot schedule and they can't do anything until Friday and that is too late. That is ridiculous the negligence is insane. Courtesy call your customers and check your schedules. Y'all really messed up.
Everyone here at this office is amazing! I was so pleased at how everyone was helpful and down-to-earth. Doctor Naho was amazing; she focused on what was important first and explained everything as she went along. She made sure I was comfortable, and she was just amazing. Even the insurance lady was awesome! I can tell she has that fighting spirit; she'll definitely get to the root of the problem (lol, get it, the root). I felt happy and confident about my dental care leaving here.
we have been failthfully paying them and my sister recruiter for the army asked if they could give her a letter stating when her braces could be taken off instead a lady proceeeds to yell at my mom saying no we cant do that but the dentist said they could
The doctor is incredibly thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made my daughter with severe anxiety feel at ease, and she's absolutely wonderful with my other daughter who has autism. All of my kids enjoy their visits with her, which speaks volumes. The staff are equally kind and friendly—always welcoming with warm smiles. The entire office has a comforting and positive atmosphere that puts both kids and parents at ease. I highly recommend this dental practice!
