If i could give zero stars I would, the caravan we rented was B116, we were meant to rent it for 2 months but after 1 night all of our belonging were soaked, all night we could hear the water dripping from the ceiling, black mold in the cupboards and the door doesnt even shut properly opening when we walk through the caravan. The odor was so strong I almost threw up. Definitely not livable even for short term use, the customer service we received was great and very understanding but Definitely not enough to make up for the h... read more
