The first tire they sold me had a bubble in it so bad that I thought my muffler has something in it . When I returned to get a different tire, I WATCHED the guy replacing it allowed my rim to fall face down on the concrete and he looked me dead in my face to see if I’d seen it. I complained to management and they claimed to have watched the cameras back and of course they said he did not drop my rim.
