Unfortunately I had to give 1 star, i had no option for anything less unfortunately. Called several times to book an appointment. Finally got in after several phone calls and confirmation, only to be turned away at the door on the day. Showed them the confirmation message but they didn’t take it into consideration. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone, let alone spend my money. Totally unprofessional and absolutely appalling phone mannerism.
Extremely recommended! Dr Todres is an amazing Orthodontist and is super friendly and professional. Front desk ladies are incredibly accommodating and very helpful!
Had my daughters orthodontic work done here and it was such a lovely, easy experience, the staff are friendly and professional and would not recommend going anywhere else. Thank you to the wonderful ladies at front reception too, always making us feel welcome ☺️
