Don’t rate dr mj like I used to, she is quick to throw every aesthetic practioner under the bus but when I asked her for advice in regard to a dentist that botched my botox she claimed it can happen to anyone and a known risk I then spoke to a real doctor not a dentist who said what happened was down to poor technique and it’s not a risk when done properly. My paid consultation here was thorough and the dentist I saw was excellent kind, detailed, and reassuring. I genuinely appreciated her time and manner, especially as an anxious patient. She complimented me on the care of my teeth. However, my experience with the administrative side of this private practice after the consultation was horrible. Had filling, root canal and composite bonding. Happy with results. Less happy with despite presenting my card for payment after every treatment being told on arrival for a vague appointment I owed £289. Paid but too shocked to ask what it related to. Appointments vague and expensive. The harassment via phone is too much. I was naive not asking for clarity but for the price charged clarity should be up front.
