Dr. Shin is fantastic! She’s so attentive to detail and will work with you until you are satisfied with your teeth. I’d recommend her to anyone.

They were so efficient and kind and fixed my permanent retainer perfectly!!
Had a very mixed experience. My invisalign experience was a disaster with attachments and trays missing or not fitting etc. We eventually discontinued that treatment after a few months of not making any progress.Then the office forgot to cancel my payment plan, but thankfully I caught it a few months later on my billing statements after noticing I was missing a few thousand dollars. Disclaimer: I ended my treatment (braces) early because I no longer trusted that Dr. Shin had a thought-out plan prioritizing my oral health and the things that I loved about my smile.
