We had such a wonderful experience at Smile Works by Dr. Shin with my 4-year-old daughter. Taking a young child to the dentist can be stressful, but Dr. Shin made the entire visit smooth, gentle, and even enjoyable. Dr. Shin was amazing: booked my appointment at 11:35 for a broken retainer, scheduled appointment by 12:10 and completely fixed by 12:35. Everyone was very kind and very efficient, and my retainer feels wonderful. Thank you!
