He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. I had a very bad experience. I did my clean up in May. I'm writing this because I'm still following up with my insurance due to them overcharging me, this needed a review. After completing all my tests - they said they would charge me extra. When disputed - They said they told me about it. Dr Which was a lie. I called them and checked if they had charged me and they said no. However it shows on my insurance claims .They tapped my insurance card twice and it was never reversed. Had a really great experience at SmileWorks Kensington! Dr Sahand did my examination and guided me through every step of my appointment and went in depth in regards to my treatment plan that he had made for me. He made me feel informed and it also helped me to gain some knowledge on my teeth health. Dr Sahand made me feel comfortable and very welcome as soon as I walked into the room!
