I’ve always had the loveliest experience at Smilesville Dental 🫶 I recently finished my Invisalign and braces treatment, and the service was honestly amazing from start to finish. Excellent sales person, awful after sales customer care. Signed the contract early November and was given verbal confirmation by Dr Rushika I would have my design pre-xmas. When I called to enquire, the receptionist kept quoting the contract without acknowledging the verbal discussion I'd had with Dr Rushika. The receptionist then wanted the payment remainder despite not having even recieved my design yet. They then decided I was not a suitable customer due to getting annoyed at the receptionists poor attitude and listening ... read more
