Terrible service , no follow up , extreme delays and they leave you as a dentist in the middle of treatment after collecting payment , in 25 years doing dentistry I have t seen anything like this , absolutely shocking

I’m now almost 18 months into a treatment I was told would take 6-9 months. The most problematic tooth has barely moved and I’ve been waiting more than 7 weeks for the next set of aligners. How do I get my money back? I was initially super happy about using an Aussie company but now it feels like a scam.

Do not. I repeat, do not give your money to this company. The retainers are very poor quality. They are not stiff enough to move the teeth. The aligners never tracked properly no matter how many adjustments, corrections and re-scans that were completed. As a result of this they then have to over file the teeth, which gives the temporary illusion of teeth movement. I am a dental provider and my patients have been constantly complaining of long wait times to get their aligners. Staff just apologise and give excuses as to why their product has not been delivered. I had one patient wait 4 months and finally gave up and no longer wants aligners. Thanks smilestyler!

Biggest waste of time and money. I'd rather have paid more and gone with invisalign. I've wasted 8 month waiting for the last sets. I could have been finished now. It's now above irritating having a mouth full of plastic and I will be seaking legal advice. Please if you are considering any aligner product, don't go with this company. If I could give zero stars I would.
