I’ve visited this office for about 25 years. The Dr and staff are great! They have taken great care of my family and me. It’s a very professional, yet warm environment.
I've been coming here for 25 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for dental procedures. Dr. Shapiro is the best! He's kind and compassionate and always puts me at ease during visits. The staff is also amazing and kind, making the entire experience great!
First thing you notice coming in to SmileStart is a very clean modern office. The dentist and staff really care, listen, and explain everything clearly. Dr. Shapiro is always striving to improve and brings cutting edge practices to his patients. They are using a new completely painless pen injection, which is a game changer for someone like me who has an issue with needles. The office is always available for emergencies and replies even on nights and weekends. Highly recommend!
I have been a patient for about 20 years and highly recommend Dr. Shapiro and his friendly staff. The office is equipped with modern dental technology and Dr. Shapiro is always up to date on latest products and techniques. I recently broke my front tooth, Dr. Shapiro replaced it with a implant and I couldn't be happier with the result. The whole procedure was done with great care and expertise. Also the office staff is very friendly and helpful.
I have been a patient for several years and have found Dr. Shapiro and office terrific every time When I had an emergency - the response was in 5 minutes, on the weekend. Doctor actually came to office to take care of my pain. Staff is terrific, just love them
