Quite the rudest and most unhelpful receptionist I’ve ever spoken to. The dentists could be fantastic but I would never go back to them because of her attitude. She was blunt, obstructive and unprofessional. I hope someone from within the practice pulls her up on her behaviour because no one with a patient-facing role should speak to another human like that.

I have been with Smileshines Willows for many years. They have really looked after me and my children very well. Julie always accommodate appointments to suit me and even fit us in if there is an emergency. The dentists we have had have all been very professional and I've never had a bad experience to date. I recently had a new member to our family and again they accommodated her fast for her first ever dental appointment and made the experience remarkable.
