Dishonest, incompetent, and a complete waste of time This office is a masterclass in chaos, harassment, and bait-and-switch tactics. We scheduled a free orthodontic/braces evaluation 30 days in advance. Over that month, this office called, emailed and texted us at least 18 times. Not helpful reminders — harassment. The new Black receptionist is so cold, rude and disorganized. Also my experience with this place has declined over time. The dental assistants are naive and not attentive to the patients. I don’t know why Dr. Grinbaum would hire such dummies. The place is clean but the people make the experience coming here terrible. I regret choosing this place. Look elsewhere!
