I deeply regret going to this clinic for a root canal. During my visit, Dr. Chau appeared distracted and focused on charting with the hygienist instead of fully concentrating on my procedure. As a result, my tooth was cracked during treatment. When the issue was noticed, it was not addressed properly, and I felt my concerns were dismissed.
