Dr. Pong and her staff are truly exceptional. Our family has been coming to this practice since our daughter was a baby, and the level of care has always been outstanding. We had such a great experience here! The office staff was very friendly and Dr. Pong did a great job at explaining things in a way we could understand. They were very understanding of the fact that our toddler has a hard time sitting still but they were great with him. Very happy with our experience!
Had a great experience bringing my 4 year old here. He loved the layout of the open area and the games while waiting for his cleaning Everyone was friendly and helpful. My son is autistic and the hygienist and dentist were great with him.
Very difficult office to work with particularly in the billing department. Do not recommend.
The customer service from Christina was Phenomenal she cared answered all questions and even though I didn’t choose this dentist if they accepted my child insurance I would def been here and recommended this dentist absolutely! Thank you Christina
