I had my wisdom teeth removed a couple of weeks ago and I'm still dealing with a dry socket. The staff is nice, but I'm giving 2 stars because of the shameless upselling right before the procedure. Cornering patients with high-pressure sales tactics for useless add-ons when they’re already anxious and about to get cut open is unprofessional, greedy, and unethical. They are nice, patient and even if the waiting room is long they make sure you get your time or like 15 minutes late they will work with youu for any investment of sort!.?
Tried to get a appointment for my quadriplegic husband and was denied an appointment.because he was in a wheel chair and is unable to be transferred into their chair. Title 3 is suppose to protect against this form of discrimination but some how this dental office still gets away with it. My husband needs a dentist to help him and this office did not care. I took my 5 year old son to his first dentist appt here. They were wonderful. We let them know it his first appt and he was scared. They showed him the tools they would use and explained what each one did and put on a movie for him to watch during the visit.The dentist and assistant were patient and kind. He was actually laughing during the cleaning. I was so nervous for this appt , I was looking for a 5 star reviewed dentist but couldn't find one that took my insurance.
