Front desk customer service is always top tier. Ever since I started going here I have not had any issues, the specialist work fast too when it comes to extractions/procedures. Don’t plan on changing my dentist anytime soon. Western dental actually referred me to this dentist!! Western dental wouldn’t do my root canals even if medi-cal approved them but Smiles West will & that is how I started going there.

I'm confused. These 5 star reviews can NOT be for the dental office I just left. We had a bad experience from the start but to keep this as short as possible, I'll just speak to the parts that sealed the deal for me to NEVER return here. After reminding the nice lady that seemingly was trying to get me to leave that they were also supposed to look at my son's teeth, the Dentist literally looked at his teeth and walked out of the room.
