came here to get extractions. Dr. Choi and his staff were amazing! This is the best experience I’ve ever had with the dentist. He pulled out my wisdom, tooth, and another tooth so fast! Title: Missed authorization, last‑minute charges, and two months of pain—stay away. I was referred to Smiles Dental – Canoga Park for my mom’s root canal. After the exam, Dr. Mohammad Namazikhah advised a root canal. The front desk said they would submit to the insurance for authorization and call us when approved. On time, friendly staff, the dentist actually listen to your concerns and detail your options for care, making appointments is easy and follow up is appreciated. Clean facility and common area.
Dr Luong was amazing! So patient and attentive . Constantly checked in with my son to make sure he was doing ok. Great experience!!!
Friendly front desk staff, and office is very clean. I have been bringing my kids for a couple years now and they leave happy. Dentist are Very good when describing what work needs to be done. Highly recommend this office.
