Google should have a 10 star rating because that's what Smiles Unlimited deserves. Everything you want from a dentist you'll find here, and they have Max! Dr. Rich is exceptional, I've been going to him for years and his team is the best. Sue is always responsive and extremely helpful. Also, have I mentioned Max? If you have any bad feelings about going to the dentist, Max will ease you and comfort you. Dr. Rich did an amazing job with him. Just schedule an appointment and see for yourself.
Can’t find my original review but several years ago, I had to pay upfront fee of around $400 this is before I even walked in the exam room He said I needed a crown then an x-ray charged me $390 without the crown?? Went to my old dentist he said I didn’t need the crown no filling nothing was wrong with the tooth remind me of the old baiting switch tactic real crook, I would never go or recommend this guy to anyone except the enemy
The place is clean, service is excellent, dentist has great bedside manners and a sense of humor. You can find a good dentist anywhere but the above is what sets smiles unlimited apart.
Absolutely the best dental experience I've had. Staff are so helpful, careful, and friendly. My dentist talked me through everything as he did it, and he listened to my concerns. And it is a fully wheelchair-accessible office. I'm so grateful for their approach at Smiles Unlimited.
