The first woman I talked to was very sweet and very helpful as she gave me another number to call since I had dialed the wrong number but, when the second number answer a very rude woman answered the phone. I told her I needed to schedule an appointment and she said "sweet mother of God" in an annoyed tone and then said the only one open was for the next day at 8. Then she went completely quiet so I just hung up...
