Do not go here! Total scammers who demand your money instead of using dental insurance. Dr. Udas told me that I needed to replace my bridge. He told me it was going to cost $2,550.00 to replace 3 crowns but wouldn’t use my Blue Cross dental plan. I called my insurance & using the medical codes I was given by the dentist, the procedure should have only cost $1.650. I had two agents call, but the office refused to pick up the phone. WARNING. Bait and switch ortho treatments for charge. Team here does not know what they are doing. My family wasted thousands of dollars to line owners’ pockets. Note low review counts across platforms... Smiles is trying to wipe out old reviews from countless clients that conveyed the truth. DONT RISK IT!
First time here and the staff at Smiles Santa Monica were super friendly and helpful. Like many others, I am guilty of not taking care of my teeth as often as I should. So glad the staff is very non-judgmental. I went in to have a teeth clean and honestly have to say it was one of the better ones I had in a long time. The dental hygienist there is very knowledgeable and so helpful in answering any questions you may have as well as Dr Khoubnazar.
