This place isn’t bad BUT the wait times is RIDICULOUS. My sister’s appointment was for 10:30am it is now 11:20am ( still not seen ) and we were told we have one person in front of us… what is the point of having appointments if your not getting seen till 40-1hr ??? It’s ridiculous. People started getting upset because the waiting room was a good amount and people have been waiting for a long time. I don’t want to come here again it’s always like this. first of all this place is unprofessional. They’ll give you scheduled appointments but you’ll never go back there on time. I always wait 30-40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. At that point y'all mind as all not even schedule nobody. Should just do Walk in only. Is it giving understaffed? not when we got all these unemployed people so idk. Something gotta give n it’s definitely not this. I always DREAD coming here because I know. I was going to give yall 0 STARS. But unfortunately I have to put 1.
