This will be my second time leaving a bad review. They beg me to remove the first one. And I removed it because I felt bad. But no. This office absolutely sucks at answering the phone, returning voicemails and returning text !! I have called them four times in a row even three times in a row —they don’t answer. I’ve left voicemails. They don’t answer. I’ve left a couple of text messages. They don’t answer….no follow ups or nothing! So I’m putting my review back up because they tried to bribe my sister by saying it would be a discount for her root canal if I took my review down so I did on behalf of my sister. But as of right now, she has called the place four times and they have not answered. I get in at a decent time and get out at a decent time. The lady that cleans my teeth is very friendly and she does a good job she takes her time and she really cleans between all my teeth . She’s good and the doctor is nice too. I don’t feel rushed when I am there. I feel valued as a patient .
