I had a horrible experience today at smiles r us on 6666 Security blvd. My appointment was at 10:00 am 10-8-2025. I got there on time an waited in lobby to be seen for teeth cleaning and a root canal. around 10:35 the front desk clerk called me to her desk and started the dentist could not see right now because a technician was fixing the chair I needed to have the procedure. I was asked can I leave and come back in 1 hour? I responded can I just reschedule for another date! she stated can go get something to eat and come ba... read more
