I chose Invisalign here to widen my smile. Throughout the entire treatment, I never actually saw the orthodontist — all communication was through staff. While my smile is technically wider, it’s noticeably uneven. I repeatedly had to ask for the same concerns to be addressed, and when I finally pushed to see the orthodontist, I was told the asymmetry was “normal,” despite it being very obvious. Update: On my most recent visit, I met Dr. Sam for the first time. I appreciated his approach and the attention he gave during my appointment. I've not completely done my treatment so l'll update this review again once my treatment is fully completed to reflect the full experience. For now I can't recommend this clinic because I'm not happy with the repeated delays in getting my aligners.
