I’m very satisfied, she is highly skilled at her work and also knows how to interact with children in a way that keeps them calm and unafraid. During the procedure, she constantly talks to my daughter to help her feel comfortable and relaxed so she doesn’t get scared. She even explains the entire procedure to me in detail.
